My favorite fish and it is a must to make this recipe, I actually watched it because I was looking for recipes for carp, it seems very faintest flesh of the fish, but since we found mackerel, we the mackerel, especially now we find fresh, which seems great, and still has more fat and flavorful meat.
I think it's the most common recipe for fish (for me). Of course, it's almost never the same, longer change / add various spices, herbs, vegetables, sauces (yogurt or not).
