Playing the kitchen

Ingredients: 700 g turkey mince 200g špinokų, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 egg, 1 and 3/4 cup milk, 3/4 cup (3 handfuls) of bread crumbs, 1/2 cup grated parmigiano reggiano, salt, pepper , 2 v.. š. olive oil, 2 v.. š. flour 2 tablespoons butter, 1 cup of chicken broth, bogen monopod 100 g cheese, bogen monopod 1/2 c. š. nutmeg, 1/4 cup chopped parsley.
Špinokus washes, chopped and put together the turkey mince. Also put together half a finely chopped onion, garlic susmulkitą, scored egg, pour 1/4 cup of milk, bread crumbs, grated cheese, bogen monopod salt and pepper. All in all a good stir. From that form a mass of 12 relatively bogen monopod large dumplings to arrange on a parchment-lined baking pan and sprinkled olive oil, bake oven for about 25-30 minutes. While meatballs are baking, in a small saucepan heated, a dash of olive oil and butter, put the remaining half of the onion and bake for about 2 minutes, then took and hid in the flour and bake for another 1 minute. Gradually admixtures remaining 1.5 cups of milk and broth. Boils on the stove postpone the incorporation of cheese, seasoned with salt, pepper and nutmeg. After frying cakes we serve with the sauce and then season with chopped parsley. Špinokai bogen monopod
