The Great Barrier Reef | Sabatica.cat
We were informed, and many people agreed to tell us that coral reefs that are immediately ahead of Cairns were made fairly dust due to the high number of companies every day to bring hundreds of tourists to snorkeling and diving. So we decided to throw the house out the window and pointed us to an expedition of three nights and four days going up much less explored areas.
With our increasingly developed instinct for "bargains" servewell we found a last minute offer made piqués a little less, but still it was a good slap ... We would do four dives a day (one of which night) , each offering something slightly different from the other and all with incredible coral as a backdrop.
One of the first and most spectacular dives was the Giant Cods (presumably due translate as cod Giants). The photos speak for themselves ... the smallest of those animals for more than a meter and a half and fatter ... well, they did say that it was very wet in the calentet!
Other curiosities fish when they are fed so excited that even changed servewell color, giant tortoises (over 2 meters), servewell lots of Reef Sharks (presumably due translated as Shark Reef) , sea cucumbers and a variety bestial huge coral, fish and giant shells of all shapes, sizes and colors. I award when we were under water dolphins accompanied us all the time!
As in the previous servewell post I talked about the tendency of Australians to exaggerate some of the tourist destinations of the country, in this case we can say that anything you can imagine it falls short. Diving in Thailand was very good, but the days we spent on the Great Barrier Reef were, without a doubt, one of the most incredible moments of our trip so far.

This time if we've caught completely by surprise! They were not prepared to receive another "delivery" Australian servewell much faster. What seabed and which fish of all sizes and colors. Beautiful.
