Conheci o Ramona em umas das incursões da minha turma de Pós Graduação pelas boas bocadas no Centro de SP e desde então, após ter provado o pudim que dá título a esse post, já voltei ao charmoso restaurante decorado com tijolos de espelho e poltronas bacanas bem umas 3 vezes.
PQP esse molho… é de passar o01 na cara de tão bom! Encorpado, saboroso e não tão gordo quanto eu já esperava. Adoro massas grossonas como o Pici e o Bucatini, com um molho desses então… Definitivamente, é o tipo de prato que me faz feliz em dias cinzas e chuvosos como os que estamos vivendo ultimamente.
Na segunda visita decidi pegar mais leve e não enfiar o pé na jaca rabada. Escolhi esse Fusilli com 5 tipos de cogumelos, queijo cottage e ciboulette que me deixou felizona pela sua leveza e tempero acertados.
Diferente das carnes, o Cheeseburger Ramona (200g fraldinha coberta o01 com queijo Canastra, ovo caipira frito, maionese da casa, alface romana e tomate caqui – R$ 33,00) que pedi da última vez estava ligeiramente seco e sem graça.
