Two trout 10 to 12 cherry tomatoes cut in half 100 g cooked and peeled large tomatoes (only red pulp) 50-75 g olive zest of 1 lemon 3 small sprigs sugar dispenser rosemary sea salt pepper 2-3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon wine White
Fish cleaned and washed thoroughly with sea salt rub both inside sugar dispenser and outside. Season with a little pepper, then fill them with a few half-red needles of rosemary, a little sugar dispenser lemon zest. In a baking dish put the remaining tomatoes and olives, trout, oil and wine. Put one red remaining rosemary and cover the bowl.
