Can satisfy cravings for sweets / desserts for your weekend! It is like a sweet coconut to eat the spoon! Ingredients: - 4 scoops of Whey Protein (vanilla flavor) - 1 glass of light coconut milk - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract - 1 cup of sweetener Such and What - 1 package (100g) desiccated coconut without starfish on beach Sugar Blend the coconut milk with the whey for 5 minutes. The mixture will thicken slightly and keep consistency of condensed milk "fine". Add vanilla, sweetener and half the amount of grated coconut. Turn off the blender and mix with a spoon the remaining coconut. Place in bowl and take to freeze. Good appetite!
